Return & Refund Policy

We want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Items such as soft toys, bottles, massagers, humidifiers, diffusers, keychains, laundry baskets, and similar products must be returned in clean, unused condition with all original tags, accessories, and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Products used, washed, or altered after delivery
• Minor variations in color, size, or design that do not affect functionality
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
• Requests raised after the return window has expired

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Include your order details, product images, and reason for return
• Once approved, instructions for pickup or self-shipping will be provided

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following terms:

• Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), bank details will be required

5. Replacement Policy

• Replacements are offered only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products
• Subject to product availability
• If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued

6. Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), return shipping will be covered
• For other eligible returns, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the return policy will apply

8. Important Notes

• Proper packaging is required to avoid damage during return transit
• Approval is mandatory before sending any product back
• Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded
